Job summary

Jump Retail in Subang Jaya, Malaysia is hiring an entry-level Retail Trainer to provide consumer training before and after purchase, and to handle shopper inquiries with benefit presentations.

You will promote accessory ranges to complement primary products, participate in store briefings to share product knowledge, and prepare weekly training reports. Fresh graduates are welcome; excellent verbal communication is required.

Qualifications

• SPM certification is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in other related industries is welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide / conduct training to consumers (pre/post purchase)
• Attend to shopper enquiries and provide benefit sales presentation
• Actively promote accessories range of product to complement the primary product.
• Participate or initiative store briefing to provide product knowledge or sales talk recap
• Complete weekly consumer training report with key activities and training numbers
• Radiate positive energy and communicate professionally as well as maintaining effective communication.
• Support Master Trainer, Store Manager and peers in driving towards Company’s objective.
