What you'll be doing

• Support the Business Development team with Accessories proposals at customer sites
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and explain Accessories features and benefits
• Gather customer feedback and analyze market needs, pricing, and product trends
• Identify job-site challenges and recommend suitable Accessories solutions
• Work with the Sales team to promote Accessories to dealers, including independent visits
• Conduct product training for dealer staff
• Monitor and improve Accessories product displays at dealer stores
• Customize dealer proposals, including volume-based recommendations for high-demand items
• Plan and execute Accessories promotions, roadshows, exhibitions, and seminars
• Analyze promotion effectiveness and share insights for future improvement
• Develop demo materials, success stories, and category-based Accessories packages
• Perform field activities, market research, and other duties as assigned
