Job summary

SICPA is seeking a Product Owner for Fuel Integrity Solution marking and testing in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. You will define a prioritized backlog, write clear user stories, and drive end-to-end integration of hardware into software, coordinating with software, firmware, hardware, QA, and DevOps teams.

You’ll validate solutions in lab and field conditions, ensuring reliability, security, and quality, while working with UI/UX, data, and deployment teams to deliver a secure, intuitive experience for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Product Owner or similar role in software/tech.
• Experience with hardware integration, device drivers, and related interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and backlog management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar product tools.
• Technical familiarity with APIs, device protocols, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a clear, prioritized backlog for Fuel Integrity Solution capabilities.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and engineering to gather requirements.
• Write actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for marking and testing.
• Own functional integration of hardware devices into software solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams through delivery lifecycle.
• Validate performance and reliability in lab and field conditions.
• Ensure secure, user-friendly experiences for operators and admins.
