Job summary

Sicpa (Thailand) Ltd. in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, is seeking a Product Owner to define and manage the backlog for Fuel Integrity Solution marking and testing capabilities.

You will gather requirements from customers, align with stakeholders, and write clear stories and acceptance criteria for end-to-end workflows. You will own hardware-software integration, including device drivers, connectivity, calibration workflows, telemetry and diagnostics, while working with cross-functional teams across

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Product Owner or similar in software/tech environments.
• Experience with device drivers and hardware-software integration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and backlog management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar platforms.
• Technical familiarity with APIs, device communication protocols and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog for marking and testing capabilities.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, engineering teams to align priorities.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, interfaces, and workflows.
• Own functional integration of hardware devices into software solutions.
• Partner with software, firmware, hardware, QA, and DevOps teams through delivery cycle.
• Coordinate end-to-end validation in lab and field conditions against success criteria.
• Work with UI/UX, cybersecurity, data, support, and deployment teams for secure UX.
• Monitor performance, field feedback, and incidents to drive improvements.
