Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Project Management, Strategy & Operations within tech, e‑commerce, or food delivery.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML applications and how they can drive automation or recommendations for vendors.
• Proven track record of managing cross‑functional relationships across different levels, regions, and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Market Insight & Local Feedback Loop: capture local pain points and feature requirements.
• AI Product Rollout & Change Management: lead go‑to‑market for vendor‑facing AI solutions across entities.
• Adoption Tracking & Operations: monitor adoption rates and performance metrics post‑implementation.
• Conduct light quantitative analyses (SQL/dashboarding is a plus) to evaluate commercial impact.
