Job summary

GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Product Operations Engineer to own the technical layer of Product Operations. You will discover where operational friction can be automated, build automations, and maintain the knowledge infrastructure to scale reliably.

The role requires an engineering background and collaboration with product teams and central engineering platforms. Onsite work is based at our Petaling Jaya office.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a technical role (software engineering, solutions engineering, technical programme management, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL; ability to build scripts and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Identify sources of operational friction across the product organisation through discovery conversations with product managers and engineers.
• Build and maintain automation tooling—scripts, integrations, and lightweight internal tools—to remove manual overhead.
• Own the data and knowledge systems' technical integrity—define data schemas, build validation and monitoring tooling.
