What is the opportunity?

What will you do?

• Report to the Head of Business & Product Development for Investment Solutions and Products in driving business development and management in Asia
• Improve and track policies and manuals related to the Investments and Products organization
• Ensure compliance with relevant directives/policies, KYC, due diligence, AML and cross‑border activities
• Provide administrative support for content distribution via third‑party tools; organise, track and maintain product factsheets, pitchbooks, vendor contracts, invoices and the PFS intranet website
• Act as liaison to functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Information Systems, Legal, Compliance) on product‑related matters
• Assist with the implementation of new products and enhancements to existing products, covering systems, marketing, legal, compliance and communication strategies
• Help further improve an efficient operating Investments and Products platform
• Provide project status updates and support administrative tasks for projects
• Take initiative on ad‑hoc projects to improve the organization
• Oversee in‑house tool requirements, coordinate with developers and support end‑to‑end testing
• Liaise with Business Transformation and IT teams for core banking system requirements and testing coordination

• Must‑have degree holder with 5–8years of experience in banking, preferably in a Wealth Management environment
