Job Objective

MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high‑quality semiconductor products. We are looking for a Product Marketing Engineer to expand the team, with a clear focus on Discrete Semiconductor products (Small Signal MOSFETs, Power MOSFETs, IGBT, SiC Technology).

What you will do

• Understand and communicate the full range of solutions for customer applications, including component‑level systems, modular systems, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Collaborate with the Product team to develop and deliver technical presentations, datasheets, and application notes for internal and external audiences.
• Work closely with management to define, plan, and execute effective demand‑creation strategies leveraging MCC products and resources.
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers, MCC internal teams, and external partners to ensure alignment on product requirements and solutions.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and go‑to‑market strategies, including product launches and market analysis.
• Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to the Product and Sales teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Drive adoption of MCC solutions in customer designs by maximizing the integration of MCC content, tools, and support materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support marketing, sales, and technical initiatives.

What you will bring

Education Background / Major

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Electronic Engineering, with a preferred major in Power Electronics.
• Strong understanding of power semiconductors is an advantage.

Experience (Must)

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.
• 3 years of hands‑on experience across major components of semiconductor solutions, with a focus on power discrete devices and power management.
• 2–3 years of design or applications engineering experience in semiconductor products and technologies.

Knowledge (Must)

• Solid understanding of the power semiconductor industry, including market forces and technology trends.
• Good knowledge of various power semiconductor devices (IGBT, MOSFET, SiC, diodes) and experience in selecting the right devices for different applications.
• Strong skills in technical presentation design and delivering clear, compelling slides to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Abilities / Qualities

• Highly flexible, motivated, and proactive, with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Travel requirements may vary depending on the candidate’s location.
