Job summary

SECAI MARCHE SDN. BHD. is building a B2B farm-direct online platform in Malaysia, serving over 400 high-end restaurants and hotels with 3,000+ SKUs. The role focuses on making the supply chain's margin, inventory, and waste visible through automation and data-driven insights.

You will own the product from problem definition to release, working with warehouse, procurement, and operations to improve contribution margins and reduce waste, with data-backed dashboards and reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or equivalent in supply chain, procurement, or demand forecasting.
• Experience breaking down a messy manual process and specifying how to automate it.
• Experience owning a feature end to end: problem definition, requirements, release, and measurement.
• Experience writing requirements an engineer can build from, and validating delivered work.
• Experience handling margin, inventory, and waste data and making them visible.

Responsibilities

• Make the current purchasing process visible and identify bottlenecks.
• Define automation flow from forecast to PO issuance and validate it.
• Systematize SKU-level margin management (cost and selling price).
• Drive measures to reduce waste with data capture, visualization, and EC enhancements.
• Decide how producer and SKU data is held and specify required dashboards for forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS to support margin improvement from cost, margin, and waste.
• Set success metrics before release, measure after, and iterate improvements.
• Accountable for the department KPI and business results, not just shipping features.
