Job summary

Hyppies is seeking a Product Manager to drive the development of its digital platforms across multiple markets. You will own the product roadmap, prioritisation, and improvements supporting the insurance product lifecycle, while streamlining processes for faster launches and greater scalability.

You will translate complex business requirements into clear features and user stories, collaborating with engineering, operations, underwriting, commercial, and design teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in the insurance industry, with multi-market roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of the insurance lifecycle: setup, underwriting, policy issuance, servicing and renewal.
• Experience with complex digital products or platforms.
• Exposure to automation/AI/digital transformation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across tech and business teams.
• Excellent English communication skills.

What We’re Looking For.

• Min.5 years of product management experience, ideally within the insurance industry, with experience managing roadmaps & delivery across multiple markets
• Strong understanding of the insurance lifecycle, including product setup, underwriting, policy issuance, servicing, and renewal
• Experience working with complex digital products or platform
• Some exposure to automation/AI/digital transformation initiatives
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
• Excellent English communication skills
