Job summary

Hyppies is seeking a Product Manager to drive the development of its digital platforms across multiple markets. You will own the product roadmap, prioritisation, and improvements supporting the insurance product lifecycle, while streamlining processes for faster launches and greater scalability.

You will translate complex business requirements into clear features and user stories, collaborating with engineering, operations, underwriting, commercial, and design teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in the insurance industry, with multi-market roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of the insurance lifecycle: setup, underwriting, policy issuance, servicing and renewal.
• Experience with complex digital products or platforms.
• Exposure to automation/AI/digital transformation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across tech and business teams.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, prioritisation, and improvement of capabilities supporting the insurance product lifecycle.
• Streamline product processes and workflows to support faster launches and greater scalability.
• Translate complex business processes and requirements into clear product features, workflows, and user stories.
• Partner with engineering, operations, underwriting, commercial, and design teams to deliver new product capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/automation to streamline configuration and reduce manual processes.
• Develop scalable solutions that can adapt to evolving product and business requirements across markets.
