Job summary

Reap is seeking a Product Manager for Embedded Finance to own a major domain of the Card Program as a Service platform. You’ll define problems, prioritize work, and guide cross-functional teams from concept to delivery within a rapidly growing fintech environment.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams, setting direction, metrics, and governance. A strong background in cards/payments, APIs, and AI-driven workflows is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments infrastructure, or B2B SaaS
• Deep knowledge of cards and payments stack: issuing, acquiring, networks, controls, disputes, compliance
• Strong grasp of regulatory requirements for card programmes: AML, KYC/KYB, scheme compliance
• Experience reading and writing API-level specifications

Responsibilities

• Own a significant domain within Card Program as a Service end-to-end, from problem definition to delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and legal to drive outcomes
• Write precise product specs and define success metrics to monitor progress
• Use AI tooling to accelerate tasks and embed AI-native practices across the team
• Communicate decisions and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to team strategy and prioritisation to shape how the team operates
