Job summary

ViewQwest is seeking a Product Manager to define the product vision and strategy for broadband, fiber, and wireless services, aligning with company goals. You will develop and maintain a roadmap, collaborate with engineering and marketing, and support sales with training and collateral.

The role requires 3–5 years in product management in telecom/ISP, strong networking knowledge, and familiarity with regulatory SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in telecom or ISP.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies (fiber, DSL, wireless, IP).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Experience with OSS/BSS systems and service provisioning.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like 5G, SD-WAN, and IoT.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pricebook for VQ connectivity product.
• Provide pricing support for account manager to win the deal.
• Define product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for broadband, fiber, and wireless services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
• Analyse pricing models and recommend strategies for revenue growth.
• Collaborate with engineering and network teams to design and launch new services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement and feature enhancements.
• Ensure vendor billing start and end date matches service lifecycle.
• Create, implement, govern and document end-to-end processes with stakeholders.
• Work with marketing to create go-to-market plans.
• Support sales teams with product training and collateral.
• Develop business cases and manage product P&L.
• Ensure 3rd party product SLA aligns with customer requirements.
• Forecast demand and optimize resource allocation.
• Set policy and SOP for procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain pricebook for VQ connectivity product

Provide pricing support for account manager to win the deal

Define product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.

Develop and maintain a product roadmap for broadband, fiber, and wireless services.

Market Analysis

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.

Analyse pricing models and recommend strategies for revenue growth.

Product Development

Collaborate with engineering and network teams to design and launch new services.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Lifecycle Management

Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.

Drive continuous improvement and feature enhancements.

Ensure vendor billing start and end date is corresponding to service lifecycle

Create, implement, govern and document end to end process flow, working closely with other stakeholder to ensure process are being followed

Stakeholder Management

Work with marketing to create go-to-market plans.

Support sales teams with product training and collateral.

Develop business cases and manage product P&L.

Ensure 3rd party product SLA is back to back with customer requirement

Forecast demand and optimize resource allocation.

Procurement management

Set policy and SOP for procurement team

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in telecom or ISP.
