Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a leading confectionery and food manufacturing client in Subang Jaya, seeking a Marketing/Sales professional. You will prepare and develop marketing plans for designated products, agencies and principals, aligned with objectives.

You will identify distribution channels, craft penetration strategies, gather market intelligence, and monitor brand performance. You will maintain strong relationships with principals and customers to ensure growth and brand success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of working experience in consumer line.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop marketing plans for designated products, agencies and principals in line with the Company and Principal's objectives.
• Develop and recommend sales, advertising and promotional activities for designated product lines, agencies or Principals.
• Identify appropriate distribution channels for each product line and draw up penetration strategies to gain support.
• Gather market intelligence and conduct regular market visits.
• Track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in-market sales.
• Monitor the market and analyze competitors' activities and new entrants.
• Maintain good public relationships with Principals and ensure excellent customer relationships.

Education

Key responsibilities

• To prepare and develop marketing plan for the designated products, agencies and principals in line with the Company as well as the Principal's objectives.
• To constantly develop and recommend appropriate sales and advertising and promotional activities for the designated product lines, agencies or Principals.
• To identify the appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product lines and draw up penetration strategies to gain their support.
• To gather market intelligence and conduct regular market visits.
• To track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in-market sales.
• To constantly survey the market and analyze the competitor's activities and new entrants.
• To maintain good public relationship with Principals as well as ensuring excellent customer relationship.

Qualification / Experience Requirement

• At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in consumer line.
