Job summary

Sunway Fintech is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of fintech products that help users manage their finances securely and efficiently. You will shape product vision, drive execution, and deliver solutions meeting customer needs and business objectives.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle across multiple product lines, conduct market research, define KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize adoption and monetization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 4–6 years of product management experience; fintech/financial services preferred.
• Deep understanding of Fintech ecosystem, regulatory environment, user behaviour.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with API integration or financial-based products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and growth of Fintech products that empower users to manage their finances securely and efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product vision, driving execution, and delivering solutions that meet both customer needs and business objectives.

Job Duties

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple Fintech product lines (e.g., remittance, supply chain financing, insurance etc.).
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from opportunity discovery and product development to execution and post-launch optimization, while driving product-led growth initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business and system requirement gaps, validate and elicit functional requirements and work with developers to deliver secure, scalable, and user‑centric products.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor research, identifying trends, white spaces, and new value propositions for financial innovation.
• Lead data-driven decision‑making by defining KPIs, analyzing product performance, and driving continuous improvement and optimization based on insights and user feedback.
• Serve as a key liaison with stakeholders across business, operations, and C-level executives to align on product direction and outcomes.
• Work closely with stakeholders, clients and partners to drive product adoption, customer success and revenue growth
• Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges while ensuring that proposed solutions align with the organization’s strategic goals and technological capabilities.
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline from a reputable university.
• Minimum 4-6 years of product management experience; candidates from Fintech or financial services industry will be prioritized.
• Deep understanding of the Fintech ecosystem, regulatory environment, user behaviour, and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with API integration, open banking, or financial-based products will be an added advantage.
