Job summary

Virevo Technology Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Product Manager to join our Product Team.

The ideal candidate will gather and analyze requirements, prepare product documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital financial services products in a fast-paced environment. You will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, manage backlogs, conduct UAT, and monitor performance to continually improve user experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, BA, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, PM, FinTech or related digital products.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Agile, SDLC and product development processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear specifications.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma or Notion.
• Familiarity with digital financial services or online investment platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and motivated Product Manager to join our Product Team. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and product development, preferably with experience in digital financial services, online investment platforms, capital markets, wealth management solutions, or other financial technology products. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, preparing product documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the end-to-end delivery of digital products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user needs, and stakeholder feedback to define product solutions.

Prepare and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications.

Collaborate closely with Business, Operations, Compliance, Design, QA, and Development teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Drive product development from requirement gathering to delivery, ensuring features are delivered on time and meet business objectives.

Manage and prioritize product backlogs, enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature requests.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate product functionality, and ensure requirements are implemented accurately.

Monitor product performance, user feedback, and operational issues, and propose improvements to enhance user experience and business outcomes.

Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and industry trend monitoring to identify opportunities and product enhancements.

Track project progress, manage stakeholder communication, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Support product launches, production releases, and post-launch monitoring to ensure product quality and stability.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Financial Services, FinTech, Capital Markets, Online Investment Platforms, or related digital product environments.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

Good understanding of Agile methodologies, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and product development processes.

Ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications and workable solutions.

Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Notion, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of digital financial services, investment products, payment solutions, CRM systems, client onboarding, or related financial technology products will be an advantage.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
