Job summary

Lumileds Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, and maintain business applications using C# .NET, MVC, and MS SQL. You will work closely with product engineers and backend teams to implement solutions that improve product utilization and shipment optimization.

The role emphasizes creating test scenarios, performing black box testing, and preparing training materials before new features deploy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or any software engineering related field.

• To support and enhance the existing Product Engineering analysis system.
• To create and ensure training materials are ready before any new features deployment.

Position Summary:

1. 1) Provide support to team members during user requirement gathering with stakeholders, and moderate discussion among team members to bridge any communication gap.
2. 2) Assessment of process changes and process change management.
3. 3) Responsible to develop system solution for product utilization/optimization and will interface between business units, product engineering and backend sites.
4. 4) As 1st level support of the issues reported by production for all the software sustained by the team.
