Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Creative and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates/internship students are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales & Marketing team with daily activities.
• Promote company products and services through social media and online platforms.
• Create and publish simple marketing content, including posts, videos and promotional materials.
• Assist in responding to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media.
• Support lead generation and follow up with potential customers.
• Assist the sales team in preparing marketing materials and presentations.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Help organise promotional activities and events.
• Maintain customer and sales records.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
