Job summary
Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking a Product Engineer to own Plasma Products from NPI through sustaining manufacturing and end-of-life. You will collaborate with Product Management, Design, Test, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure successful introduction, manufacturing and transition of products.
You will manage configurations, ECO/ECR processes, and drive continuous improvement across the lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical engineering principles.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, BOMs, specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the NPI of Plasma Products into manufacturing.
- Coordinate engineering activities from prototype to production readiness.
- Review product design, BOM, drawings, and requirements for production readiness.
- Identify manufacturability, testability, reliability and quality issues in NPI.
- Establish and track NPI deliverables, milestones and risks.
- Own and maintain technical integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor product performance, yield, quality, reliability, and cost.
- Drive continuous improvement and support engineering changes.
- Maintain product documentation and configuration control.
