Job summary

Experian Asia Pacific is seeking a Product Engineer to contribute to reliable, scalable applications that support our clients and business priorities. You will work in a collaborative development environment and apply sound engineering practices to solve technical challenges and build integrated solutions from concept through implementation.

You will design, develop, test and deploy software modules, APIs and system integrations, ensuring compliance with architecture and coding standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a Degree / Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development, system design and application support.
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery and Angular.
• Proficiency in back-end development using PHP and MySQL. Knowledge or experience in C# and .NET technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing/ developing, documenting, testing and supporting RESTful APIs using XML/JSON.
• Experience designing, implementing and securing solutions using cloud services such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with CodeIgniter, and MVC architecture
• Experience with Agile, SCRUM, Software Development Life Cycle and software design concepts.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, e.g. Jenkins, Github.
