Job summary

Experian in Malaysia is seeking a Product Engineer to contribute to reliable, scalable applications that support clients and business priorities. You will work in a collaborative development environment applying sound engineering practices from concept to implementation.

You will design, develop and support RESTful APIs and system integration, conduct technical analysis of modules and databases, and ensure adherence to architecture and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree/Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development, system design and application support.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery and Angular.
• Proficiency in back-end development using PHP and MySQL. Knowledge or experience in C# and .NET technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing/ developing, documenting, testing and supporting RESTful APIs using XML/JSON.
• Experience designing, implementing and securing solutions using cloud services such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with CodeIgniter, and MVC architecture
• Experience with Agile, SCRUM, Software Development Life Cycle and software design concepts.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, e.g. Jenkins, Github.

What you'll be doing
