Job summary

Keysight is seeking a Product Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to join our team. You will integrate refurbished products into Keysight Remarketing Services (KRS), contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) launches, and set up refurbishment, test, repair, and final configuration processes with a mindset for continuous improvement.

Collaborating with product support, quality, procurement and planning teams, you will develop and maintain operating instructions, train technicians, and explore automation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured root-cause analysis.
Good communication and training abilities for technicians and inspectors.
Willingness to learn in a fast-changing manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of programming and AI-based tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Integrate products with different structures as refurbished items into KRS.
Work on NPI and ensure timely launches.
Set up refurbishment, option reconfiguration, test, repair and final configuration.
Set up and maintain Test Station.
Develop and maintain operating instructions for technicians and inspectors.
Provide product training to technicians and planning teams.
Collaborate with Product Support Engineering, Quality and Procurement on issues.
Identify process efficiency and automation opportunities.
