Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity, yield, and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing and process issues using structured problem solving.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and test methods.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and support product transfers to production.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability, quality, and reliability.
• Support lifecycle management including cost reductions and obsolescence management.
• Work with suppliers and procurement to address quality, delivery, and material availability.
• Create and maintain BOMs, routings, process flows, and change documentation.
• Use manufacturing data and digital tools to drive improvements.
• Support validation, qualification, and risk assessment for robust processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and company standards.
