Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Product Engineer (Manufacturing) to support concurrent engineering, NPIs, and optimization of the production process. The role involves hands-on involvement in product builds, troubleshooting, and implementing new product releases.

• Providing to customers concurrent engineering inputs to ensure new product design requirements align with manufacturing requirements.
• Continuously work with the customer's product development team or customer’s NPI team to improve quality, productivity and cost. Provide technical support for new product releases.
• Utilize analytical/ problem solving skills, data acquisition skills and use of statistical tools and techniques such as CP & CPK study for new product readiness.
• Hands on experience in product builds, troubleshooting, maintenance and optimisation of NPI production process.
• Drive to solve difficult problems involving testing, planning and implementation of new parts.

Requirements
