Job summary

Keysight Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a fresh Electrical & Electronic graduate to join our engineering team in Penang.

You will contribute to improving product designs, testing processes, and manufacturing readiness while learning from experienced professionals. You will collaborate with supply chain partners, support new product introductions, and help ensure manufacturability and reliability of components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master Degree in Electrical & Electronic or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years' relevant experience.
• Solid fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and test equipment.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Independent, and ability to self learn.

Responsibilities

• Improves products, processes and components to meet agreed-upon objectives.
• Works with supply chain partners to assess manufacturing cost optimization and new component technology opportunities.
• Ensures products manufacturing meet business requirements, including the product lifecycle and discontinuation execution.
• Participates in new product introduction and influences the design for manufacturability, enabling prototype and reliability testing during transition into production.
• Works with CM partners for outsourced products to meet deliveries, performance, and business objectives.
• Collaborates with suppliers and/or material engineering on component quality, cost, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Improves products, processes and components to meet agreed-upon objectives.

• Improves products design, test processes and components used to meet agreed-upon product objectives.
• Work with supply chain partners to assess manufacturing cost optimize and new component technology opportunities.
• Ensure products manufacturing meet business requirements, including the product lifecycle along with execution of the discontinuation.
• Participates in new product introduction and influence the design of the product to ensure manufacturability, enabling prototype testing and reliability testing during transition into production.
• Work CM partners for outsourced product to meet deliveries, product performance, and business objectives.
• Work with suppliers and/or material engineering on components quality, cost, and delivery of parts.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree in Electrical & Electronic or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; may have up to 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Solid fundamental skills in data structures, algorithms
• Basic understanding of electronic components and test equipment
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Independent, and ability to self learning
