Job summary

Molex Malaysia, a Koch company, is seeking a Project Management Engineer to lead cross-functional teams bridging product management, development, and manufacturing. You will support year-over-year growth through new product development and ensure smooth transitions from concept to production.

The role involves managing project scope, schedules, and costs, coordinating with Global Product Management, Design Lab, and manufacturing, and driving PDP execution to commercialize innovative solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
3–5+ years in project management/engineering with scope, schedule, cost, and risk management.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams in new product development and PDP-driven projects.
Monitor schedules, define critical paths, and ensure timely deliverables.
Manage scope, schedule, cost changes, and perform risk assessments with mitigations.
Respond to RFQ/DMF/GCA within timelines.
Own project reporting and communicate with management and customers.
Mentor team on project management principles and PDP methodologies.
