Job summary

Airswift is hiring for an FPSO Product Development Manager based in Malaysia. You will lead product development leads and engineers, align with client needs, and ensure plans are validated and aligned with project execution. The role demands strong engineering background and substantial offshore leadership experience.

Responsibilities include staff assignments, cross-functional collaboration, and robust reporting. A university degree in engineering and extensive offshore experience are required.

Qualifications

• 15 years offshore industry experience.
• Relevant line management experience.
• Experience in construction, operation, installation and supply chain.

The FPSO Product Development manager has the overall responsibility to:

• Collaborate with Framing manager to monitor client needs and identify product to be developed
• Assign the product development leads and product development engineers
• Validate product development plans issued by the leads
• Ensure and foster collaboration with Internal stakeholders such as I &G/Technology/GRS
• Ensure that product developed are compatible with the project execution
• Prepare communication and reporting

Education

University degree in a relevant engineering discipline

Experience

• 15 years' experience in offshore industry
• Relevant line management experience
• Relevant construction, Operation, Installation, Supply Chain experiences
