Job summary

Zohorecruit in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a creative Product Designer to craft product displays and visual merchandising for our beauty lines across 40+ outlets. You will translate brand identity into packaging and collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align with brand goals.

Travel to outlets within Klang Valley is required to oversee visual setups, ensure branding consistency, and develop creative materials for campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in beauty product design or visual merchandising.
• Diploma or Degree in Design, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to translate brand identity into packaging.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team in the BEAUTY industry. This role will focus on designing and executing product displays, visual merchandising, and creative strategies across our network of 40+ outlets. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong aesthetic sense, collaborative spirit, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life while supporting the Sales & Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design product displays for makeup, perfume, and skincare lines.

Provide fresh ideas and strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure alignment with brand goals.

Coordinate and execute merchandising activities across retail outlets.

Travel to outlets (within Klang Valley and outstation when required) to oversee and support visual setups.

Ensure consistency of product branding across all outlets.

Assist in developing creative materials that support marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in BEAUTY product design, visual merchandising, or a related creative role open.
• Diploma/Degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to translate brand identity into packaging.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the right attitude to succeed.
• Willingness to travel when required (all travel expenses claimable).
• Open to candidates currently based in Klang Valley.
• Performance bonus.
• Office hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Travel expenses claimable (within Klang Valley or outstation).
• OT or replacement leave provided if work encroaches into weekends.
