Job summary

B. Braun Group in Penang invites an Assistant Manager / Manager – Product Costing to join our Penang team. You will perform product costing related controlling tasks, support period end closes, and ensure data quality in material master data from FI/Evaluation perspectives.

You will consult Group companies on product costing topics, optimize processes with SAP CO, and help develop new CO processes while documenting training materials and supervising related tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting; or professional accounting certification.
• Preferable at least 5 years’ experience in Product Costing or SAP Controlling.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and good English communication with colleagues from Asia and Germany.
• Experience supporting finance-related projects such as system migration or tax rule changes.

Responsibilities

• Perform Product Costing related Controlling tasks as part of the Shared Service Team for local and global Group companies.
• Ensure data quality in material master data from FI/Evaluation perspectives.
• Consult Group companies on Product Costing topics.
• Analyze and optimize current processes including SAP CO realization.
• Develop new CO processes (conception, documentation, testing, training).
• Create and maintain process documentation and training materials; ensure compliance.
