Job summary

Red Springs Sdn Bhd is seeking an energetic marketer to promote our car camping lifestyle products within the RedSprings Overland division. You will help engage with outdoor enthusiasts, manage social media content, and coordinate customer activities and events.

Responsibilities include planning marketing campaigns, supporting product launches, and collaborating with sales and operations. Weekend events and travel may be required; a valid driving licence is preferred.

About the Position

We are looking for an energetic person who enjoys camping, outdoor activities and automotive lifestyles to join Red Springs Overland division.

You will help us promote our car camping lifestyle accessories, engage with our outdoor community and organise enjoyable customer activities. Guidance and product training will be provided.

About the role

This role involves planning and carrying out marketing and promotional activities for Red Springs Sdn Bhd, a camping and outdoor adventure organisation. You will create and update social media content, assist in organising camping trips and outdoor events, communicate with customers and the camping community, and support product launches and sales campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Help plan and carry out simple marketing and promotional activities
• Create and update social media content for the organisation
• Assist in organising camping trips, customer gatherings and outdoor events
• Communicate with customers and members of the camping community
• Learn about products and recommend suitable solutions to customers
• Support product launches, exhibitions and sales campaigns
• Work closely with sales, operations and management teams
• Share customer feedback and ideas to help improve RedSprings Overland division

About you

• Genuine interest in camping, outdoor activities, travelling or vehicle-based adventures
• Minimum two years of working experience in marketing, sales, events, retail, customer service or a related role
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
• Comfortable using social media and creating simple contentFriendly, responsible, organised and willing to learn
• Willing to attend weekend events and travel when required
• Possesses a valid driving licence
• Experience in automotive accessories, camping equipment or outdoor products is helpful but not compulsory
