Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in-store with a friendly attitude.

• Maintain displays and keep the retail area neat.
• Receive, arrange, and replenish outdoor equipment and merchandise.
• Assist with stock checking and inventory tasks.
• Handle and move camping gear as part of daily operations.
• Assist with product demonstrations and store events when required.

We're looking for an energetic and hands-on Retail Camp Specialist to join our team!

Salary & Commission

RM1,800 – RM3,500+ per month

Basic salary + commission

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome and assist customers in-store with a friendly and helpful attitude

• Recommend suitable camping and outdoor products based on customers’ needs

• Share your knowledge and enthusiasm about camping, hiking, and outdoor gear

• Maintain product displays and keep the retail area neat and organised

• Receive, arrange, and replenish outdoor equipment and merchandise

• Assist with stock checking and inventory-related tasks

• Handle and move camping equipment as part of daily store operations

• Assist with product demonstrations, store activities, and outdoor events when required

• Work together with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

• Able to handle, carry, and arrange outdoor equipment as required

• Retail, camping, hiking, or outdoor experience is an advantage
