Job summary

MONTANIC SDN BHD is seeking a proactive marketing/creative intern to assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms. You will support photography, videography, and campaign materials for events and product launches.

The role involves basic design work in Canva/Adobe tools, editing photos and videos, and coordinating with the marketing team on campaigns. Strong communication and teamwork are essential; driving license is a plus.

• Pursuing Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field.

Job description

Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms.

Capture photos and videos for marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.

Monitor social media engagement and assist in responding to customer enquiries where required.

Research social media trends and propose creative content ideas.

Marketing & Branding

Support the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.

Assist in preparing promotional materials, advertisements, and marketing collateral.

Help coordinate collaborations, campaigns, and promotional activities.

Conduct market and competitor research.

Event Support

Assist in the planning, preparation, setup, and dismantling of company events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.

Prepare event materials, promotional items, and product displays.

Assist the marketing team during event execution to ensure smooth operations.

Be willing to handle physical tasks, including moving and arranging event equipment and promotional materials when required.

Design & Creative Support

Assist in designing simple marketing materials such as posters, social media graphics, banners, and promotional visuals.

Support the team in editing photos and videos for digital marketing content.

Maintain and organize marketing assets and design files.

General Support

Perform administrative tasks related to marketing activities.

Assist with ad hoc projects assigned by the Marketing team.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.

Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar design/editing software is an advantage.

Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Physically fit and willing to assist with event setup, dismantling, and handling marketing materials when required.

Possess a valid driving licence is an added advantage.
