Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, or Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of electronic circuits, PCBA, and functional testing.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and technical documentation.
• Ability to follow work instructions, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn new technical skills and provide guidance to technicians and operators.

Responsibilities

• Understand and carry out tasks assigned by the Senior Engineer or Engineer in accordance with established procedures, work instructions, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers from other departments to troubleshoot technical issues, solve problems, and drive product and process improvements.
• Generate and maintain source files, functional task files, and Eziview task files for all ATLAS/GENIUS sales orders in accordance with the MPS.
• Generate and maintain PLUCT and FUCT folders for all NEOS models according to the MPS.
• Perform functional testing on First Article units by implementing the specified test methods and verifying product functionality against established requirements.
• Assist the Product Engineer in preparing product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information, technical data, and performance trends.
• Provide Level 1 engineering analysis, troubleshooting support for issues encountered on the production floor, and preliminary analysis of high reject rates identified during debugging.
• Maintain product equipment in good working condition by coordinating equipment setup, preventive maintenance, and repair activities.
• Attend training sessions and workshops, review relevant technical publications, and participate in professional development activities.
• Train and guide new or less experienced technicians and operators in job-related tasks, product knowledge, equipment operation, and established work procedures.

Experience and Qualifications Required
