Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive procurement transformation across regional teams.

You will gather and translate business requirements, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet governance standards. Required are 6+ years in business analysis or procurement transformation, strong S2C knowledge, and proficiency with Power BI, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Procurement Transformation, or related transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of S2C or Strategy-to-Contract procurement processes.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
• Experience conducting impact assessments and supporting change management initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and reporting tools.
• Experience using collaboration and project management platforms such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Mural, or Wiki tools.
• Exposure to SAP Ariba and Salesforce is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with regional and global teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Salary: RM10,000 - RM11,500 (Based on experience and competency)
