Job summary

Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a Procurement Performance Acceleration Executive to provide knowledge and expertise on enhancements to current solutions and deploy world class solutions required to drive the Strategy of the Functional Stream in the Procurement Organization.

A day in the life includes implementing world class solutions, developing work plans, coordinating with markets, and providing data-driven insights to continuously improve procurement performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in their Functional Stream.
• Experienced in working in a virtual and complex environment.
• Have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide, suggest, and implement world class solutions to drive the procurement strategy.
• Develop work plans and monitor timelines to ensure implementation of solutions.
• Network with markets to deploy solutions, share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Gather relevant data and discuss with the Manager/Lead to adjust solutions and strategies.
• Provide expert advice about future trends and risks to ensure procurement excellence.

We are looking for a Procurement Performance Acceleration Executive to provide knowledge and expertise on enhancements to current solutions and processes and deploy world class solutions required to drive the Strategy of the Functional Stream in the Procurement Organization.

A day in the life of...

• Provid, suggest, and implement world class solutions to drive the strategy of the functional stream in alignment to the Procurement Vision.
• Develop work plans and monitor timelines to ensure implementation of solutions.
• Network with groups of above market and markets to deploy solutions, share best practices and drive continuous improvement feedback on solution implementations.
• Gather relevant data and inputs and discuss them with the Manager/Lead to make pertinent adjustments to the solutions and strategies.
• Provide expert advice about future trends and/or risks within the area of expertise to ensure that Procurement Excellence Strategies and solutions are proactively prepared to minimize risks and early adoption of new solutions.
