Job summary

AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park seeks a passionate Procurement Specialist Building & Investment to support commercial commitments for B&I projects, including tendering, negotiation, and cost benchmarking. You will manage master data, input and maintain POs, monitor digitalization and reporting, and ensure compliance with project requirements such as on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Four-year university graduate
• 4-5 years or above experience in B&I construction commercial/quantity supervisor positions
• Expert knowledge of engineer cost
• At least 2 project experiences on greenfield projects
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Strong negotiation, analytical, conflict resolution, data-processing and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork orientation, openness to learning and good communication

Responsibilities

• Handle the Commercial commitment for B&I projects: tendering/bidding, negotiation, cost benchmark analysis, awarding, handling change requests.
• Meet project requirements for compliance, on-time delivery, within budget, and competitive costs.
• Project purchasing related master data input, monitoring, digitalization, and reporting.
• Correct master data maintenance and supporting documents for day-to-day needs.
• Buy-to-pay troubleshooting and problem solving: PO management, risk resolution, escalation and issue coordination.
• Tendering setup and optimization activities.
• Leading multiple communication and coordination across teams.
• DPI/KPI management and monthly/weekly statistics output with failure indicators follow-up.
