Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or related field.
• Willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang (Malaysia).
• Min. 3-6 months internship duration; include start date and duration in application.

Responsibilities

• Provide exposure to procurement processes within construction projects.
• Assist in supplier management activities, including registration and coordination with approved suppliers.
• Support material sourcing and quotation comparison exercises.
• Assist in Purchase Order processing and follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and order status.
• Assist in verifying Delivery Orders from site and support supplier payment claim processing.
• Coordinate with site teams to support material planning and procurement requirements.
• Provide support in procurement documentation, record keeping, and reporting activities.
