Job summary

SF Global Express (M) Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya seeks a meticulous procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including sourcing, quotations, and POs. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment and cost-efficient purchasing.

The role requires 1-2 years in procurement, strong negotiation and Mandarin-English communication, and proficiency with Excel for supplier analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing or supply chain functions.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing or supply chain industry is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication and supplier management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin language to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
