Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage indirect procurement and sourcing activities for various categories.
  • Conduct thorough market research and identify potential vendors and suppliers.

  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure optimal deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and governance standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely reorders to maintain stock availability.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digitalization initiatives and process improvements.
  • Prepare cost analysis reports and procurement performance summaries for management review.
  • Assist in procurement for ongoing projects, ensuring timely sourcing and delivery of materials and services to meet project timelines.
  • Handle ad-hoc procurement tasks and urgent requests as required to support business needs.
