Job summary

Sulzer invites a Procurement Engineer to Subang Jaya, Malaysia. You will manage procurement for direct, indirect, OPEX and CAPEX items, source and negotiate with suppliers, issue POs, and coordinate deliveries with project teams to meet cost and schedule targets.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in procurement within EPC/oil & gas, SAP experience and good English; Mandarin is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role supporting international projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years procurement experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Process Equipment, Chemical, Energy or Industrial projects.
• Strong negotiation, communication and contract management skills.
• Experience with supplier management, cost reduction, and international sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for direct, indirect, OPEX and CAPEX needs.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate prices and terms, issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate deliveries, ensure compliance with Sulzer policies and project requirements.
• Lead supplier qualification, audits and risk management with cross-functional teams.
