Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management, Information Systems or Computer Science related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools, with a focus on process automation.
• Proficient in utilizing procurement software and tools, including SAP, Excel and tableau to streamline purchasing processes and data management.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have programming knowledge

Responsibilities

• Advanced Analytics knowledge: Fundamental with data science concept, Python or R to clean data, automate workflows, and build basic predictive models.
• Data Storytelling: Translating complex predictive insights into interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) for non-technical stakeholders.
• Buying and procurement skillsets: Experience in supply chain roles and core buying activities.
• Service Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of goods and services per SLAs.
• Quotation Processes: Define evaluation criteria, select suppliers, run evaluations, refine sourcing options.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Align with key stakeholders throughout procurement processes.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present reports, analyze metrics to inform decisions.
• Time Management: Deliver tasks on time under deadlines.
• Process Optimization: Improve procurement processes and automate where feasible.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Analyze data, design systems, troubleshoot, optimize performance.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Python/Java/JavaScript, databases, networking, cybersecurity.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with cross-functional groups to gather insights.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose tools and improvements for procurement culture.
