Job summary

Lotuss Stores Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Buying Executive (Non Halal Section) to support the buying team with daily purchasing activities and administrative tasks.

The role involves working closely with suppliers to ensure smooth product listings, pricing, and data accuracy across barcode and item information. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will gain hands-on experience in procurement and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reports and presentations.
• Strong prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese; Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers on non halal new product listings, promotional pricing, and other buying-related matters.
• Provide accurate product, cost, and supplier data to the Central IM Support Team to maintain data integrity.
• Ensure barcode and item information is correctly updated by liaising with buyers and suppliers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to supplier queries, delivering excellent service.
• Offer general administrative support to help the buying team achieve business goals.
