Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reports and presentations.
• Strong prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese; Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers on non halal new product listings, promotional pricing, and other buying-related matters.
• Provide accurate product, cost, and supplier data to the Central IM Support Team to maintain data integrity.
• Ensure barcode and item information is correctly updated by liaising with buyers and suppliers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to supplier queries, delivering excellent service.
• Offer general administrative support to help the buying team achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure barcode and item information is correctly updated by liaising with buyers and suppliers.

Requirement

Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reports and presentations.

Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese. We are looking for Mandarin‑speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin‑speaking clients.
