Job summary

MD Neta Engineering and Construction Ltd seeks a procurement specialist to manage procurement, supplier coordination, and documentation for our international engineering and construction projects.

You will collect quotes, compare prices, create purchase orders, track purchases of materials and equipment, and coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers, including China, while ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Chinese is preferred, with the ability to communicate with manufacturers and suppliers based in China
• Experienced in procurement, supply chain, or documentation fields
• Proficient in collecting quotes, price comparison, purchase order creation, and procurement processes
• Able to track purchasing processes for technical materials and equipment
• Knowledge of import, export, and international shipping processes is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel
• Organized and meticulous in document tracking, filing, reporting, and archiving
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Team player, responsible, and result-oriented
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally when necessary

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for international projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers, including sourcing quotes and PO creation.
• Oversee documentation, tracking, filing and archiving of procurement records.
• Monitor import/export and shipping processes where applicable.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
