Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Procurement Analyst I for its Global Business Services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related fields.
• 2 years of commercial experience preferably with purchasing and data management.
• Knowledge of Procure-To-Pay processes preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication in Chinese; good command of English.
• Proactive, able to work under pressure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely update on outline agreement activities and ensure requests are attended within the SLA.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to contract management and system functionality.
• Execute purchase orders for procurement of materials, equipment and services per policy.
• Generate and review SAP reports and coordinate PO acknowledgements and on-time delivery.
• Review OPEN Aging PO report monthly and coordinate closure with vendors and buyers.
• Collaborate with Blocked Invoices Team to resolve invoice issues.
• Support process improvements and ad-hoc tasks from Procurement Team Leader.
