Job summary

Deloitte Malaysia's Process to Pay (PTP) team uses SAP and OCR to process third-party and interfirm invoices for member firms, ensuring accuracy and timely SLAs. As an Analyst, you will resolve discrepancies, liaise with internal stakeholders and execute SAP transactions to support month-end close and compliance.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–3 years in P2P or AP is an advantage, with strong attention to detail and English communication being essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in a shared services or multinational environment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Ability to manage routine tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Good command of spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and within SLAs.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies, price/quantity variances, and posting errors promptly.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice-related queries.
• Execute transactions in SAP system and invoice workflow tools.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and statutory requirements including tax.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
• Support month-end closing activities
