Job summary

Yamaha Electronics Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Process Technician (Electronics Engineering) with a Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or related fields. The role focuses on analyzing PCB defects, performing root cause analysis, and preparing daily process defect reports.

Proficiency with soldering, multimeter measurements, and oscilloscope operation is essential, along with basic circuit theory.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or related field.
• Proficiency in soldering techniques.
• Ability to use multimeter for electrical measurements.
• Competence in operating an oscilloscope for circuit analysis.
• Fundamental knowledge of electronic components and circuit theory.

Responsibilities

• Analyse defective PCB electrical function failure found at ICT and FCT Inspection.
• Create root cause analysis report of part defect and for further study/liase with QA for part defect confirmation. In and post process defect analysis
• Key in data of daily findings in process defect analysis report.
• Daily report preparation and presentation.

A Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or related field.
