Job summary

Flextronics Technology (DL – Penang) SDN BHD in Penang seeks a manufacturing technician to set up processing equipment and support line operators.

You will run test cycles, record results, and assist process development and engineering teams with technical troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.

The role offers opportunities to contribute to yield improvements and data-driven decision making in a global manufacturing environment.

• Performs set-up of processing equipment.
• Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.
• Processes test runs and prepares records (breakdown events, scrap, etc.), charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
• Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
• Performs corrective maintenance.
