Job summary

FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY (DL – PENANG) SDN BHD in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a manufacturing technician to support production lines. You will set up processing equipment and ensure smooth operation on the shop floor.

The role includes monitoring and guiding line operators, running test batches, compiling results for engineering review, and providing technical assistance to process development. A proactive maintenance mindset is essential.

• Performs set-up of processing equipment.
• Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.
• Processes test runs and prepares records (breakdown events, scrap, etc.), charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
• Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
• Performs corrective maintenance.
