Job summary

LONGCHEER TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a quality/process engineer to monitor IQC/IPQC/OQC performance at factory sites and track FPY, DPMO, and defect rates.

You will investigate production defects using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone and Pareto, drive CAPA closures, support NPI quality deliverables such as control plans and PFMEA, and coordinate with Asia and Mexico teams. Travel ~10-20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related.
• 3-5 years in quality / process engineering, preferably consumer electronics or PCBA.
• Working knowledge of 8D, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA.
• Basic Excel / data analysis skills; Minitab is a plus.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Willing to travel ~10-20% to manufacturing sites.
